@tfadell@TechCrunch US limitation to self-driving cars is sufficient road testing. We have very little tolerance for driving 'hallucinations' (eg; Uber AZ pedestrian death) but China is another matter. It could be the same with LLMs... https://t.co/CzxE0jYWKL.
@eric_seufert My take is that MMPs can't publish a single manifest for all customers. Apps will need to customize the manifest for each MMP implementation.
@BillAckman@POTUS The executive branch is a team sport. You can choose between John Wooden at the end of his career or another coach. Is there another coach you really want when the championship is on the line?
Will California's 'Delete Act' reduce third-party marketing offers? The law's broad definition of data brokers, encompassing those selling data without a direct consumer relationship, alone presents significant regulatory challenges. https://t.co/PFbbuHXnCt
@eric_seufert Not BigCo->AllCo's need to conduct a privacy audit of their data flows and vendors/partners. I take issue with Apple being the subjective arbiter of 'particularly high impact' data uses, but the takeaway is important for every app developer.
Love this- "Assembling a privacy team for their compliance know-how is like picking a restaurant chef based on their expertise as a hygiene inspector."
@palisadesops@CaltransDist3 would’ve been helpful if the two of you coordinated updates. could’ve stopped thousands from leaving palisades while i80 is held instead of turning 89 into a parking lot.
@eric_seufert The CNIL never provided any evidence of the 'post-ATT screen' that should have been another consent for 1st party data uses. The CNIL mistakenly implicates the ATT as their consent for 1P uses, when it's clearly just for 3P 'tracking'.
@palisadestahoe there are now 3 ways to move between Alpine & OV (gondola, shuttle, mountaineer) but none are available before the lifts start. Please fix that.
