@HPSupport trying to get real help from their team for a new Omen monitor, it’s not going well at all. Not hearing anything new in almost a week, and being told I can’t speak to the second level support. Would not recommend.
Actually the worst experience I’ve had with any company. I tried for weeks to get an email reply, and when I first tried to cancel my reschedule, the phone wait time was over 2 hours. All I need to know is y flight was cancelled…
@JetBlue not sure where to find an answer to my basic question but it’s certainly not via your support chat. 6 hours before being told what I already knew and nothing new. Then the chat was abandoned, unable to be restarted, and no option to reach out or escalate was allowed.
@regularsteven I just learned that I’m two yards four inches or 1 yard 3 feet and 4 inches and that’s another way of saying 76 inches so what a helpful system
