@Scot1andT To be fair, the overseas mkts open on the hour or half hour (depending on location). i.e. Shanghai / HKong 21:30 est …euro open 03:00 est. so the liquidity changes in an otherwise thin after hours market. Also the big data releases that occur pre-mkt often come at 08:30, etc.
