@AaronBaileyArt How do you get the Doctor Who showrunner saying this? The TARDIS is one the most iconic and important parts of Doctor Who and there's so much you can do with it. Also just cos someone's done an episode in the TARDIS before doesn't mean thats all you can do with the idea..

The Truth:

Ubisoft's shift from realistic expression and motion tracking wasn't co-incidental according to the shadows era.

They moved from a company called "Image Metrics" which first allowed them to capture realistic expressions, microexpressions and directly capture the body language of the voice actors who played a part in Assassin's Creed Games.

Their first partnership was actually as you guessed it:

Assassins Creed II

They used live footage that was analysed and all the expressions of the original footage of Roger Craig Smith at the time to analyse each expression, micro expressions, body language and much more, this was transferred into the 3D Rig and animations that were utilised on ezio, including the use of mocap, from wrinkles, puckers, and nuanced muscle movements..lip syncs, eyebrows, eyes etc..

However they veered away from this partnership and decided to rely on heavy AI Based animation - and in engine animation instead using automated and AI Based pipelines starting from the RPG Saga.

Well, Whaddya know? You learn something new everyday.

@GreatDeadGod @MauLer93 I'm happy for Deborah Annwoll, she's a great actress who should get more featured roles, but my initial reaction was that this game seems unnecessary? Faye's role being in spoken memory and a couple flashbacks was effective and I think this game undermines that somewhat?

What's wild is how this ever became a controversy and I know the show tried its hardest to victimize the super powered, civilian murdering terrorists but he neutralized a threat when they were surrounded by potential civilian casualties and just throwing your hands up last second after trying multiple times to kill him and injure or kill people around him doesn't mean he has to give him a chance to escape or hurt more people. As soon as you engage in open attempted and actual murder/terrorism and endanger innocent civilians you don't get to call time out when it stops going your way in the ensuing fight.

Not to mention I don't know where this idea of Captain America not killing came from. I recently rewatched some of the MCU movies and Cap was killing all the time. Not just in WW2, he was kicking dudes off ships before they had a chance to say anything or even surrender to drown in the ocean because he was on mission and they were all classed as enemy combatants. And he kicked innocent mind controlled people to their deaths off the helicarrier because the film didn't want you to really think about that at the time and just needed canon fodder guard enemies to shoot at the heroes, even though they were in the same position Hawkeye was.

@bentoDRAWS I think they need to make her more see through and use more of the more transparent darker blue sections with the moving digital affects.
Cortana and the Weapon in Infinite just look off to me, they lost those digtal effects that earlier cortana models had

@HotSauceZee Its the maps for me, they're pretty much just fine or bad and I've gotten pretty tired of them quickly. I'd take some BF3/ 4 remakes just so we have some reliable options

@Knesix @theRealFK9 Yeah they didn't write good characters or character started being written in ways that went against hkw they'd been written previously. Its been a while since I last saw it but Falcon & the Winter Soldier said Tony didn't finacually support his team mates? I just don't buy that

AI advocates keep claiming this tech will be used to cure cancer while all it’s actually being used for is trashing the world with slop - just nonstop ruining people’s careers and the concept of truth.

Because there is easy money in taking over vulnerable markets protected only by slow legal systems.

There is no money in curing cancer (the treatment is far more profitable).

Stop expecting businesses to willingly do anything that benefits the public.

Believe their actions - not their false promises.

@Sebbywebz I don't play JRGS, just heard it was great and tried it out. Turns out is has loveable characters, a gripping story, incredible music and art direction, really cool animations and really fun gameplay. Maybe a lot of people just love the game 🧐

Idk if any of you guys feel the same way but for months I've stopped paying for subscriptions, I strictly eat at locally owned restaurants, Ive stopped shopping online COMPLETELY, I no longer believe advertisers and actively avoid everything being advertised to me because I just assume everything is a scam.
Not to mention the amount of ads we get is so massive that it's all just white noise at this point. I make an effort to buy what I need in person even if I have to drive an hour out. I don't trust anything unless I see it in person.
These companies are firing tons of people to replace them with AI or cheap labor from other countries so the hats can hoard money for themselves and not actually invest it back into the company. Some of these subscription prices are absolutely CRIMINAL too.
The consumer is constantly disrespected and violated. Help centers don't even exist anymore and everything is designed to be addictive and exploitative.
Dead internet theory is real and no company deserves your money.
