@CTSI_UK can you help me in anyway please as i am having no joy with @ArgosHelpers and have been told by argos they will not give me a replacement even though the product is not fit for purpose

Absolutely livid been messed around by @Argos_Online @ArgosHelpers for weeks now ! I now have a tv that i can not use and they will not process a replacement.Being told its impact damage when thats all i have done is remove it from a box & switch it on ! We will never use them !

@Argos_Online Can the management contact me asap please, i have a television i bought from yourselves and the screen is damaged inside and i have been blamed by one of your stores for causing the damage !! We have paid you £300 for a product that is not fit for purpose

If anyone ever buys a television from @Argos_Online i would advise you open it in the store and have them to plug it in because any damage even when you havent done anything will be blamed on you & no replacement or refund offered !!!!
