Super proud of these guys on Sunday, tough introduction to 5 a sides against a very experienced opponent. It would have been very easy for the heads to drop and give up but that's not how we do things at Benburb. The guys kept on going to the end.

This year, @BenburbFc entered the @ScottishCup for the first time ever. As they prepare for an historic day we meet the Lovering family, who from pitch to social club have become synonymous with the Glasgow club.

Dynamic dribbling. 4 channels wide enough for 2 players to dribble in, players go one at a time once they reach the top marker and turn, next player goes. Communication and awareness are key.

2 v 2 Move Your Goals drill. The goals are setup in various positions. Player's focus is on communication and awareness for this one. Winning team stay on and can relocate their goal if they wish. Kids enjoyed this one.

This week's 2016's POTW is young Carter. Carter has been developing very nicely particularly the "ugly" side of the game that tends to go unnoticed. His confidence is sky high, and it reflects in his overall game. Well-deserved kido.

Sunday's 2016 team from Toryglen. Week on week this group continue to improve, it's very rewarding to see the things we work on in training come to fruition on game days. Another group we are very proud of. You can see from their faces how much they are enjoying their football.

Huge congrats to the comeback kid Tommy, deserved winner of the 2016's Player of the Week. Tommy suffered a bad arm break at the start of the season that meant he couldn't train with the group. We've missed him and we're delighted to have him back. #Tommahawk
