@TewksHitting Maybe but they’ll adapt. The league will also probably look at minor adjustments if the game play gets affected detrimentally. What I hope is that it’s successful enough in reducing game times for innings 1-9 they reverse course on the ghost runners.

@Jomboy_ If this gets game times down I have hope it can reverse the ghost runner rule. The odd 3.5 hour 12 inning game is definitely acceptable if it doesn’t take 3.5-4 hours to play 9. Every inning matters, you have to earn 2nd base
