@alexc099 I absolutely agree. I remember a joke a decade or two back around vacation just being a check you got at the end of the year. Without reinforcement and good faith behavior from the management side, incentives like unlimited vacation are meaningless.

My current job made a point recently of reminding people to take their time off. If you're burning the candle at both ends and not taking the time to manage Work Capacity, you're hurting yourself and your overall performance as a result.
