#MartinLewis can anyone recommend a domestic electricity supplier who has a manned customer service? I have two feeds #scottishpower #britishgas both refuse to provide an E7 tarif. Just spent a fortune on storage heaters! Can’t get through to SP after 2 weeks trying! It’s mad

@BritishGasHelp I have an elderly man with Parkinson’s living in my flat. #britishgas are refusing to switch my tarif to E7 despite prolonged complains over a year ago. Can’t afford to run the storage heaters and keep the flat warm. Cost megabucks

Been on chat to #scottishpower two days. Got answer just before hours closed yesterday. Said they would keep the chat open and reply in the morning.. no reply all day. I’m locked into the chat so can’t start another attempt. “Trisha” from India is ghosting me 😂

Just tried to contact #scottishpower once again and was cut off after waiting 40 minutes. Shameful customer service. Been two weeks now. The only progress I have is an email telling me they will do the opposite to what I’ve requested!!
So I’ve gone backwards!

@ScottishPower are REFUSING to charge the E7 rate promised. They say they can only provide single tariff!! Why? So they can screw more money. My app says I have E7 tariff and they refuse to honour it. Just spent £££ on storage heaters!
