🍐 Procesed meats as sausages, corned beef, hotdog,contain nitrites and are carcinogenic.
🍎 Suya meat also contains carcinogens because of the char from the smoke.
Just reduce the consumption of these mentioned food products please.

Breast milk is more than just a meal. It is baby' s first meal,keeping baby safe in a non sterile environment and continues to offer lifelong protection against sickness and diseases even in adulthood. For the mother, it protects against breast and ovarian cancer.
