@WeAreOpenreach All they have been able to get from openreach so far is high level - e.g the new resolution date is xx then inevitable moves to two days later. If we knew what was going on a bit, might be better. Two weeks is a looong time for a whole exchange to be down surely.

@5tevieM When I took my test I had 4 immediate fails and 32 minor faults. Did a load of daft things including waiting behind parked cars near a traffic light (thought they were waiting at the lights). Two weeks later passed with 4 minor faults - so there is hope if the first test is bad.
