@LeeMc01 We all already do, its called TAX - income tax, VAT, CGT, DWT, Estate Duty, Excise Duty, Fuel Levy, UIF, Property rates, Transfer Duties etc etc (then having to pay for just about any service that was supposed to be funded with those taxes)
