He’s been proven to be “unreliable “ by Justice McEvoy in the ASIX v Isignthis case.
Judgement is due any day in the Lakspur/Edmonds v Karantzis trial and it will be telling if that form continues with Hart’s evidence.
It’s an easy bet in my opinion
