Every time Nairobi displaces marabou storks : Expressway, KICC, now KNH, it’s framed as an isolated safety call. It’s not. It’s a pattern. These birds do our carrion cleanup for free. If we keep pruning out their nesting sites without a plan, we’re not managing risk, we’re managing them out of the city.
@KNH_hospital The marabou storks had to shelter on that very dead tree the same day you cut down all Acacia trees. The Marabou storks specifically nested on Acacia trees since they have a flat top, and you deliberately cut them down!!! STOP WITH THE LIES 🚮
@KNH_hospital Does this look old and decayed? You DID NOT cut down the decayed tree that was next to this Acacia tree (that was very much Green and alive) near the kmtc gate, and here you are claiming to have removed them for safety measures.

David Maraga is the best presidential candidate we can have as a country but man accepted to be surrounded himself by dimwits who know nothing about Kenya's political landscape. You can't have zero candidates in 24 by-elections in Nov, 2025 & expect to be President in 2027. NEVA!
David Maraga is a good man—a solid presidential candidate. But the kind of packaging he has right now is the kind that can cost an entire village its harvest.
He’s being misrepresented. Misguided. Rebranded into something that doesn’t reflect who he truly is. And that’s the tragedy of leadership in this country — when good men, with clean hands and strong values, allow a handful of loud, shallow strategists to repackage their dignity into something marketable. They call it image-building. But what it really is… is self-erasure.
You see, this is a former Chief Justice of Kenya. A man who once stood as a symbol of integrity and courage when this nation was losing hope. A man who upheld the law even when it was inconvenient. That name — Maraga — carries weight. It carries history. It carries dignity. But now, that dignity is being watered down by clowns trying to make him something he’s not.
Tafadhali bwana CJ, adjust your wardrobe.
You are not just any politician. You are a former Chief Justice. You are not broke. Your pension is constitutionally protected. You’ve earned your respect the hard way — through discipline and principle. So even if you don’t wear that suit to impress us, at least wear it to respect our intelligence because we know you are not poor. Don’t pretend to be. Don’t play small just to fit in with the noise. Looking poor does not fall under the qualities of a good leader. Nyonga tai vile ulikuwa unanyoka kama CJ. Get a fitting suit.
We the people of Kenya know exactly how much you earn in retirement — the framework is provided in the same constitution you defended. So dress the part. Speak the part. Walk the part. When you appear before us, it’s not just a show of class — it’s a show of consciousness. It’s a way of telling us that you remember who you are and what you stood for.
Please, stop with the TikTok challenges.
We have enough dancers & entertainers there already. Every politician is dancing — even Matiang’i joins in if the beat is right. But that’s not leadership, that’s entertainment. And Kenya doesn’t need another entertainer.
All your life, bwana CJ, we never saw you on TikTok doing challenges. Not when you were Chief Justice. Not when you made rulings that shook the political order. Not even when you retired with your integrity intact. So why start now, when the nation needs calm, thinking voices — not dancing shadows?
Right now, what you’re doing is arming your enemies. You’re handing them the very weapons they’ll use to discredit you. If someone with psychological intelligence decided to twist this, they could destroy your image before you even reach the ballot. Not because you’re not capable — but because you diluted your own brand trying to be relatable.
You don’t need to be like them.
Kenyans don’t want another entertainer. We already have enough of those in Parliament. We want a leader who can speak, think, and reason. Someone who can lead serious national conversations — not dance challenges.
We can’t even afford to dance, bwana CJ. The taxes are breaking our backs. The cost of living is suffocating us. So when you come dancing on TikTok, we don’t see a leader connecting — we see another one of them, trying too hard to be liked.
Be serious, bwana CJ.
Clean your circle. Drop the noise. Drop the baggage. The people misguiding you are not your friends — they’re opportunists trying to ride on your name. They don’t care about your legacy; they care about your visibility. They are clowns dressed as advisors, pushing you to erase the very thing that makes you stand out.
Kenyans respected you because you were different. You represented moral strength, discipline, and order. You didn’t need gimmicks. You didn’t need trends. For years, you led without TikTok, without stunts, without pretense — so why start now?
If you must go online, go there to speak, not to dance. Use your voice, not your moves. You were trusted because you were a man of principle, not performance.
The bottleneck for deep skill isn't usually intelligence, but boredom tolerance.
Learning has an activation energy: below a certain skill threshold, practice is tedious, but above it, it becomes a self-sustaining flow state. The entire battle is persisting until that transition.
#1 unlock for creativity is having information subconsciously accessible in your brain. Your brain wants to find patterns and connect the dots, but it can only do that if all the data is available for background processing.

This is such an apt summary of who Baba is from the younger generation
Thank you @Honeyfarsafi#RIPRailaOdinga
Delays in feeling emotions might be the mechanism by which addictive behaviors like procrastination persist.
Donna Meadows has this great section in her book Thinking in Systems about how delays in information flows can shift a system from stable equilibrium to oscillation. Like going from scalding to freezing several times in the shower when there’s a delay, vs getting it just right quickly when there isn’t.
When I procrastinate, I’m doing something to avoid some feeling like fear of failure until I’m forced to face it. But that pattern makes it more likely I fail, or scrape by the skin of my teeth, both of which might make it more likely I procrastinate again the future. Like over-correcting the water temp in the shower.
If I just felt and learned from the fear of failure right away, I might right-size the amount of time I want to spend on the task and move on — better yet, I might even enjoy it.
They thought they could quietly sign 8 dangerous bills/acts while the nation mourned Raila Odinga.
They assumed that we would be preoccupied with mourning Baba and not create any resistance
They didn’t expect Kenyans to notice, or to rise.
We picked it up, we’re sensitizing, and we’ll keep exposing the truth.
These laws must be revoked.
We are awake. We aren’t our parents.
I have some information on Duale and how he is allegedly using his family to register hospitals that are paid by SHA. Hon. Kibagendi’s anger is not misplaced, the camel thief is upto no good. I’ll share once I finish confirming everything.
i used to think i was a night owl, but in reality i was just procrastinating until the evening to get my work done, and justifying it by calling myself a night owl.
i bet most of you "night owls" out there are in the same boat but too afraid to admit it to yourselves.
Hans Zimmer will have you feeling like the fate of humanity depends on whatever problem you're solving. Only downside is when the music stops and you settle back into reality.
Time forces convergence and premature convergence is what kills dreams.
But most people don't realize it until they feel the walls of time closing tight.
You get a gigantic edge just by anticipating this in advance.
