[Alex Benjamin @BenjiAlex9]

@BandQ can you help I placed an order 6 days ago I have had confirmation but nothing to collect and the money has already been taken , what can you do ?

[Alex Benjamin @BenjiAlex9]

@jet2tweets Well the website would NOT let us progress unless they were pre booked put it this way 1st time booking with jet2 it will be the last not a great 1st time booking 😡

[Alex Benjamin @BenjiAlex9]

@jet2tweets just booked a holiday for 5 people through yourselves and was made to pay for seats to and from destination when on the website it states we don’t need to pay for seating and can be just allocated , disgusted at an extra £100 cost

[Alex Benjamin @BenjiAlex9]

@jet2tweets I didn’t want to pre book them but I couldn’t advance to pay for the holiday without pre booking , terrible having to pay £100 extra for something I didn’t want

[Alex Benjamin @BenjiAlex9]
