You know the hysteria that this might cause in the US given their fragile sociopolitical clime- I mean governments aren’t dumb ! The debate will oscillate between:l whether they should be quarantined locally in the US or in the countries of contact?
For a superpower , this debate takes a different twist - unanimous bipartisan accession to have the facility in Africa would be seconded.
