This is an argument you won't win.

"Presidential promises" aren't how laws are enacted.

Supreme Court justices are nominated (by the Executive branch) and confirmed (by the Legislative branch) wholly in keeping with representative democratic norms of our system.

Presidents are elected by electoral college votes (again representative democracy). Popular vote is a canard.

"Stolen seat" is another false claim. McConnell broke tradition, not the law. Traditions in the Senate regarding judicial appointments were first disregarded under Harry Reid.

This vote-buying scheme was always unconstitutional, Hasan. Under the Constitution, we must pass laws to tax a set of people to pay other people’s bills. The way Biden wanted to do it (by edict like a king or a dictator), is unlawful.
