Myself, and all female players I know, have managed for 10+ years without a changing room, so not sure it really was a barrier to the return of recreational cricket..
@GraemeCoates I think it would be an issue for younger players for sure. Most people my age seem to love the game enough to put up with the suboptimal changing situation!
