@AllThingsBlades Every game it’s a different part of the team that’s the problem. That’s because because the manager is the problem.
He got his team wrong today & waited for the game to be over to make changes. A blind man can see that Hamer is better than Barry & Cannon belongs in the reserves
@SheffieldUnited Just put Selles out of his misery. Absolutely clueless.
Wants to steal a game away from home by bringing Campbell and Hamer off the bench - what a front-foot progressive manager 🤮
Barry, Brooks & Cannon is an attack that could legitimately get you relegated at this level.
@JFootball004 When everyone is fit.
Tanganga and Godfrey can play RB & LB, so should be comfortable. McGuinness’ lack of pace covered.
Ogbene RWB works on and off the ball. Burrows can inverting if needed.
Hamer & O’Hare together.
Our best system… I have no faith in Selles to play it.
#twitterblades This is awful.
The direction of the club is ill-advised off the pitch & on the pitch we’re terrible. We don’t have the squad to play this style of football, and even if we did, it’s soft & we’re making the game look so difficult. The midfield set-up is a joke.
@KopFinest If we were the favourites for promotion we could take that kind of financial risk, but we just aren’t. We can’t turn down good money for a player in their last year in our last year of parachute payments. Hamer will probably leave too as this year is his peak in terms of value
@wxm_afc@The_Bladesman@AnthonyRJoseph Yeah, I think he’d be a good signing. He comes across as a nice guy too so hopefully it’s a move that works out for him (if it happens). He was unlucky for us last year with injury & what happened in the play-off final. Must’ve been frustrating at this stage of his career.
@wxm_afc@The_Bladesman@AnthonyRJoseph He’s not bad, you just have to play to his strengths or his weaknesses are really obvious.
Playing alone up front he’s painful to watch, but in a two he’s a handful. He’d be great up front with Windass or Hardie, but for us under Selles he’d be awful, so the deal makes sense.
@Togger99@BladesAnalysis@JapaneseAcid I think Kesler-Hayden is a fair one to get annoyed by. In a couple of years his value will be much higher than it is today & he plays in a position we need. Brooks doesn’t fit what Selles wants, so that’s a ‘what could’ve been’ with Wilder, which is equally regrettable
@tomwild547@SkySportsNews Respectfully, we aren’t even in the Prem & it’s a case of being careful what you wish for. The current model isn’t AI led so far, it’s been a smokescreen at best. Research the club we’ve bought the players from, their owner, and their recruitment. We should be worried.
@HLTCO@jdshdavis Have a read about Botev Plovdiv & their owner, then at our “AI-led recruitment” which has led us to sign two of their young Nigerian players.
@The_Bladesman I think there’s a disconnect in the fanbase & it’s not just about pros & cons.
If the decision happens, the club isn’t ours anymore. It’s a business we help fund for Americans who don’t care about us. The Sheffield United that Chris Wilder brought back from the dead will be gone
