@easyJet if people are forced to leave their hand luggage to go into the hold and there is STILL NO ROOM for bags in cabin it means that something is wrong with the process. I was in Milan for 36 hours, had 1 change & laptop etc, in a sold bag not a ‘take the piss cabin suitcase’

@virginmedia trying to get my iPhone X that I ordered 3+ weeks ago, still nothing and not much info, Ive spent over 3 hours on the phone over the 3 weeks spoken to over 12 people and not much wiser. Without doubt THE worst customer service and experience I have ever encountered !
