I was hoping we would get Goedert as well, but unfortunately not. Our draft picks don't need to hurt Philly for us to make the playoffs. We went 9-7 last year and Elliott was suspended for 6 games. These picks will keep us competitive.

@LabRatJ @dallascowboys It's all about value add. Replacing Hitchens was a huge add. Adding an OL that can start immediately is a huge add. The difference in add between WRs in our offensive scheme is not that high. Look at Dez's numbers from the past two years. We aren't pass first anymore.

@ABATT @dallascowboys @VanderEsch38 @BroncoSportsFB Lots of WRs available at our 2nd pick too. We don't need to take anybody that high to get decent production. Look at Dez's numbers for the last two seasons. Dallas finished 13-3 and 9-7 and his stats were nothing special.

@stansportsman @dallascowboys @VanderEsch38 @BroncoSportsFB We don't need a WR this early. And Evans isn't going to last. We already have enough injury-prone LBs. We needed somebody big and durable.

@dallascowboys @VanderEsch38 @BroncoSportsFB Drafting WR early is foolish. Dallas finished 13-3 and 9-7 with Dez putting up trash numbers. Their O doesn't operate like it used to. They needed to sure up their D since they lost Hitchens. Vander Esch is athletic with a big body and great pass awareness. Other WRs later on
