@MathaiSuper @MathaiSuper check your email which I sent to the headquarters branch and pay my MPESA refund. A lady at the headquarters informed me that she saw the email and did not respond to it. An Mpesa Reversal takes 72 hours, why has mine taken over 10 days without any communication?

This is the wrong way of Doing business. If you cannot give a customer their change then why have the Mpesa payment option. Suppose I didn't have any other money? Urgently refund my money.

@naivas_kenya @naivas_kenya @NaivasSuper I need my money. Your eastern bypass branch are running the branch unprofessionally. I paid for an item 500 shillings via mpesa which was costing 490. I was forced to pay another 490 shillings so that the branch can initiate a reversal. This is sad.

@naivas_kenya I urgently need a refund of my money. Call your eastern bypass branch. Today I paid 500 shillings for an item costing 490 via mpesa. They said your mpesa policy says I cannot be granted the balance. I had to pay again 490. I need my 500 shillings. Wrong way of running your biz
