@AmazonHelp Actually I just tried to manually add a contact and it just sits there with the 3 dots going continuously it never owing continuously it never finishes

@AmazonHelp The app updated on my wife's phone and kindle fire. We get an error every time we try to import her contacts on her phone. She can no longer contact her 85 year old mother who has an Amazon device.
