Continuing my work on my Roman AI project. This is my interpretation of the Romano-Greco Cherusci chieftain Arminius.
He's wearing iron accurate textiles and since he defected from the Roman army it's plausible that he would be wearing a some early Kalkriese type Lorica Segmentata armor. The sword is a Roman Spatha which was preferred amongst Germanic tribes.
Each AI wardrobe component is meticulously masked and assembled in photoshop so consistency across video scenes is possible with any version.
Another test using a Roman proxy character built using Astra and Blender.
Final image generation is a mix of Nanobanana and GPT image 2.5.
Still testing but the consistency is getting crazy.
Character design process for the Centurion. Every piece of gear and clothing was meticulously research and built on layers allowing full wardrobe control per scene. Manually built in Photoshop using generations from Nanobanana GPT image 2.5 and Magnific upscaling
Used ChatGPT Astra to block out a Roman legionary camp in blender to use as a clay render to enhance with AI. The Centurion was created with Nanobanana and ChatGPT image 2.5
I used ChatGPT Astra and historical references and blueprints from the book, Greek and Roman Artillery: Historical Development by E.W. Marsden to create this fully rigged historically accurate Roman ballista. The plan is to use this asset for seedance renders. Took about 12 iterations to get to a level I was happy with. Textures are next. Took about 3 hours of total work. It sculpted the face of Jupiter on the front torsion assembly using my guidance and ancient sculpture references.
Today's character consistency experiment. ChatGPT,Google AI studio and comfyu UI with Juggernaut SDXL and ByteDance SDXL with XINSIR control net.
