GCV PIONEER COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERIES #134 STOP CHASING CODES. STOP WAITING. START BUILDING VALUE. Why Pioneers Must Change Their Mindset and Take Responsibility Why are so many Pioneers obsessed with chasing so-called Codes? Whenever someone publishes a Code, people rush to share it everywhere. Even when the content has nothing to do with Pi, or when information is misrepresented and taken out of context, people get excited simply because Pi is mentioned. Why? Because they are seeing what they want to believe, not necessarily what is true. We have previously spoken about a community of nearly 70 million Pioneers, yet participation has changed significantly. Isn't this something we should take seriously? When someone is repeatedly deceived, they eventually lose trust. But sometimes, the problem is not that the project team deceived us. The problem is that we blind ourselves to the facts and believe only what we want to hear. When our expectations are not fulfilled, we become disappointed, complain, and get angry. Some uninstall Pi Network, stop mining, or sell their Pi. The greatest danger is not simply being deceived by others. It is refusing to learn, think independently, and recognize that we may be deceiving ourselves. Protecting your 24-word Passphrase is essential, but you must also protect your judgment. Others may steal your assets, but misinformation and misguided expectations can also lead you to abandon something you once valued. Why do people keep chasing Codes? Because looking for an external answer is easy. Learning, researching, and thinking independently require effort. You want to hear something, and someone may invent it. You hope for a particular outcome, and someone may exploit that hope. The result? Fake Codes and misleading information spread everywhere. After more than a year of chasing Codes, what tangible results have people actually gained from this endless pursuit? A Code is not a magic formula for wealth. The appearance of a Code does not mean your Pi can automatically be exchanged for cash, nor does it guarantee that banks or major institutions will enter the ecosystem. 1. STOP WAITING. START TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. Why are so many Pioneers still waiting? They believe that once the Core Team completes the technology and releases the right Code, banks and major institutions will arrive, their Pi will become exchangeable for cash, and they will finally be able to purchase whatever they want. But reality does not work that way. External institutions assess risks. If we ourselves do not value Pi, do not learn about it, and do not actively participate in building the ecosystem, why should we expect outsiders to treat it as something valuable? If our community lacks cooperation and Pioneers refuse to learn or contribute, how can we expect to build a healthy, sustainable ecosystem? Stop standing on the sidelines as if Pi's future has nothing to do with you. Its development concerns every one of us because we are not merely observers; we are participants in building the ecosystem. Having a job today does not guarantee that you will have one tomorrow. No one can guarantee a lifetime of stable income or financial security. The future is uncertain, and we must prepare for it. Since Pi is already in our hands, why not learn about it, participate in ecosystem development, and create more possibilities for our future? We are all in the same boat. When others refuse to learn, understand, or participate, the consequences may ultimately affect you, too.

Do not wait until you lose your job to think about your future. Do not wait until disappointment sets in before you start learning. And do not place your hopes for financial freedom in a Code or an unverified promise.

No one can guarantee that you will achieve financial freedom. But you can start learning today, prepare for the future, take responsibility, and create more possibilities for yourself and the community.

Community-wide post: A note on the current mining rate 📉 Many of you have asked why the hashrate has dropped — here's the full picture. Our mining rate is dynamic: it scales with active network participation, not a fixed number. We've grown faster than we anticipated, and right now a large portion of registered accounts have never actually started a mining session. We're in the process of cleaning up inactive accounts that have had zero mining activity since launch. Once that's complete, the rate should recover. This is expected behavior for a growing network, not a permanent change. We'll keep you updated as the cleanup progresses. Thanks for your patience and for building with us 🚀
