At least 90% of the small business owners that I know lease their properties apart from their primary residence, which is CGT exempt. This is just hot air.

Double the 1st number and then add the sum of the digits.
24= double 10 + (1+3)
46 = double 20 + (2+4)
90 = double 40 + (4+6)
the next number would be 189 = double 90 + (9+0)
