@BlingKingSA @ComradesRace Agree. Some green no guys told me when registering this year, the best bit of advice they could give was. ‘Take you finger, put on Vaseline, put you finger on you forehead’ because ‘it is all in the head’. It worked... got me through my 1st big C.
