@ELAIAENTERPRIS1 Great job on the poster! Have you considered performing sequential yeast filtering experiments, since it seemed as though 50% of the solids got through with one filter? May be able to show a sig. drop in solids content experimentally at home (Good thing yeast isn't being horded!)

For the turmeric, we are targeting a specific supplier located in the same region of India that our plant is located in, who can provide us with turmeric containing ~5% curcumin by weight. That's about the average for the turmeric grown here.

Columns), but we're mainly using an Excel-based simulation sheet we created in order to simulate extractions by inputting process parameters/exp. results.
@SeoHoKarenSong1 @Riale_Gilligan@fugacitea @collin_rowe777 @Husnain_Sh We will be recycling a majority of the solvents that we will be using (~95%) via the distillation columns, so we can both reduce our operating costs and our carbon footprint by lowering our reliance on industrial-scale solvents.
