I filed a suit at the Federal High Court, Abuja against the Federal Government, challenging the agreement signed on December 19, 2025 between United States and Nigeria.
The MOU mandates Nigeria to share personal health records of Nigerians ( including, Genetic sequencing/DNA, pathogen, blood samples, etc) with United States for the period of 25 years.
There is no reciprocal arrangement for the United States to share its citizens health records with Nigeria. The Nigerian Government refused to release the full agreement for public scrutiny.
The Federal government is bound by our laws to protect our personal data including medical records. The 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 and the National Health Act, 2014 protects our personal data and prohibits illegal cross-border transfers of our personal data and medical records.
Our politicians patronize foreign hospitals and I believe their health records are not available in Nigeria for sharing. The MOU is targeting you and me.
This case is for your personal good. Support this case by sharing the story to protect you and your generation.

I disagree with @officialABAT on many governance issues, but I find @atiku calling him Dull at a press conference distasteful. We can criticize policies without abusing the occupant. The office of the President deserves reverence even as we engage in constructive criticism.
This is pure scam @taiwoyedele announce paltry fuel discount via NNPC App that many cannot access? So poor people in remote areas without smartphones pay full price? No wonder @atiku asked @officialABAT if this fuel reduction is yahoo yahoo,
This is audio subsidy😂
“Bola, when I proposed targeted support to ease fuel costs, you called me ign0rant of economic policy. you are like a dul student who copied his classmate's answer, you have done it so bl!ndly that the classmate's name at the top of his exam paper and then demanded marks for original thinking. You copied my production subsidy proposal, nothing wrong about that, you Stripped away the part that makes it work and handed Nigerians a 30-day discount. You see why it is good to go to school?”
- Atiku Abubakar sends a strong message to Tinubu 🙆🏼♂️
Federal Government has officially banned the word "subsidy". We don't pay subsidy anymore, we only pay "energy price differential for national stability" . Please do not call it subsidy 😂
🚨WATCH: Ottumwa City Council reacts to the Satanic prayer, with pastor Rick Bick calling to reverse it through another prayer, council member Cara Galloway refusing the offer, and mayor Benjamin Foote calling a moment of silence anyway.
“Let’s just reverse that curse that was just put on our city. That ending with ‘Hail Satan’ and ‘Hail Dark God,’ that’s not welcome here.”

"It is done. Hail, Satan!"
Former council member and Satanic Temple member Matt Dalbey delivered a Satanic invocation to open an Ottumwa, Iowa, City Council meeting.
"Let us embrace the Luciferian impulse to eat of the tree of knowledge and dissipate our blissful and comforting delusions of old."
The city’s invocation policy allows residents to deliver prayers regardless of religious affiliation or belief system.
When we set out to file this case, many expressed doubt owing to the notorious delays in our court system. However, Hon. Justice J.O. Abdulmalik acted swiftly to avert the disruption of the students' academic progression. Indeed, the court remains the last hope of the common man.
