@TalkNats The hard ones would be Rainey and Garcia. Dom is a great guy but is a bench player offensively and Robles makes the same idiotic mistakes as when he was 19. He’ll never change.
@OnePursuitTakes Darren Baker is 24 and doesn’t make the same fundamental mistakes over and over. This is the same excuse making we’ve heard for Robles for years. Garcia is not the long term answer.
And this after the previous inning they committed two two-out errors that let in two unearned runs. And when he came up with the bases loaded, Garcia swung at five consecutive pitches out of the strike zone and hit into a double play. And he’ll be right back out there tomorrow.
@dougherty_jesse Call is a gamer but he proved here, just as he did with Cleveland, that he just can’t hit major league pitching. Time to look at who else can keep the seat warm for James Wood.
A federal appeals court, in a pretty much unprecedented move, permanently sealed its entire opinion in a case involving a hedge fund manager who won a questionable $14 million whistleblower award from the SEC. @blaw fought back. And won. https://t.co/W7vWzlWrCb
NPR's @1a examined guardianships today, featuring Ronnie Greene and our @BLaw series along with @TooMuchMe and @WLRN's investigation. It's a huge industry, with 1.5 million active cases and few protections for vulnerable people.

@MarkZuckerman@BigCityForReal did a huge solid for me during spring training this year that meant a lot to my family, so here’s to hoping a great dude who’s rediscovered his stroke latches on with some MLB team. If we see him with the @Nationals later this year, that would be awesome.
@lizclarketweet @washingtonpost Having had the pleasure to work with Liz twice, at the Post and @charlotteobserv before that, I can say - she really is that great. A thinking person’s sportswriter, and a mensch too.
Britney Spears isn’t an outlier. She is the horrific reality of how the conservatorship system often is for rich and poor alike. Part 1 of a week-long @blaw probe by Ronnie Greene and @HollyCadeBarker https://t.co/lc7kqyGpo9
A few words about @lizclarketweet, whose impending retirement was just announced @washingtonpost. Liz is an absolute treasure, a smart, incisive journalist of the highest ability who made an enormous impact. But she is also the best colleague: generous with ideas, helpful, kind.
Great to catch up with fellow @BallState alum Irving Washington at his final Online News Association conference as executive director. He’s definitely gone out on top. #ona22#chirpchirp
I've been tweeting a lot about #HurricaneFiona. As a Puerto Rican in the diaspora who experienced Hurricane María, I can only provide context. As I said to @thehill, Puerto Ricans say they knew the island was not ready for another hurricane. What Fiona did was show it out there.
