Here’s a song for ya! One of my very first gigs, back in 1981, was Whitesnake at the sacred space of rock that was the Hammersmith Odeon, so last night’s wonderful @SteelhouseFest tribute to the late Bernie Marsden was an emotional, sing-a-long romp down memory lane.

Last night @SteelhouseFest I watched Bernie All Stars incl Toby Jepson, Luke Morley, Chris Buck, Jim Kirkpatrick and loads more talented musicians pay tribute to Bernie Marsden and play a whole set mainly of pre 1987 Whitesnake, it was absolutely glorious!

Bernie absolutely loved it ‘up the mountain’ at Steelhouse - so much so that he wrote a song called ‘Steelhouse Mountain’ for his most recent album, ‘Working Man’. Not to mention his car keyring was a Steelhouse one! It was a very special place to him. ⛰️❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
