@DStacks72 It's rapid loss that causes the facial change. I did it naturally through a fairly extreme diet & exercise, going from 120 - 85kg in 6 months & looked ozempic.

Since then I've put 5kg back on (bulking) & look healthy again. Rapid loss is never good... slow & steady is the key
