@nikgeneburn crafting time for the BTC's is still on the hardcore timer. Even at lvl 3 its very slow, possible to revert to the timer from before HC wipe.

Adding 200% of required items for hideout upgrades is not hardcore, its annoying.
If you want to add things: Higher boss spawns, lock secure container in raid, If you really hate flea; barter only
