They started pre prod prolly somewhen towards the end of starfields development, did some all hands on deck for starfield, and then gradually moved everyone over to TES6. so they have been in full production for not more than 2.5 years at best

@EndymionYT so hi. on that one. That's actually actually wrong. Kassandra is the main canon character for Odyssey. BUT because folks at Ubisoft thought a female lead would not sell, they forced Quebec to add a male playable character. The team is pretty open about it.
