"In the year since the Trump administration’s tariffs were imposed, the automotive industry has incurred an estimated $30 billion in additional costs... Those costs have been passed on to consumers and dealers, with the average suggested retail price increasing 10.4%."
1. 107s have absolutely caused mass casualties.. as recent as 2020... you would know that if you hadn't been hiding half of the GWOT...
2. Ballistic missiles are absolutely capable of causing mass casualties/industrial scale damage... and thereby are being leveraged as a critical part of Iran achieving strategic goals...
3. You're a fkn idiot...
At 1 a.m. on July 6, 2019, the news broke that the Thunder were trading Paul George. It was evident within hours this was the end of an era in Thunder history and that this blockbuster trade would also lead to the departure of our beloved Russell Westbrook.
About twelve hours later, at 1:30 p.m., the Thunder put out a press release announcing that they were signing an undrafted rookie named Luguentz Dort. On this emotional day for Thunder fans, the timing was perhaps less than ideal. The announcement of Dort’s signing may have seemed a jarring answer to the news of the morning. What anyone could hardly have imagined was that the seeds had just been planted for our city’s first championship.
Four days after Dort’s signing, on July 10th, the Paul George trade was officially announced by the teams involved, and a second Canadian - Shai Gilgeous-Alexander - officially joined Lu to begin a new chapter in Thunder history. Fans will have to be forgiven for failing to realize that four days in July, 2019 had just secured the core of a championship team.
Lu would become the longest-tenured player on the 2025 NBA Champions and would set the tone early for the team’s rise to that moment, starting with a spirited breakout performance in the 2020 playoffs.
Lu Dort was not just one of the 18 young men who brought Oklahoma City its first title in 2025, he was a key leader and contributor, and always a fan favorite for his suffocating defense on opponents. The Dorture Chamber will long live in Thunder mythology. Lu Dort will long live in Oklahoma City history.
We wish Lu Dort all the best in this next chapter of his professional basketball journey, and he will always have a home in OKC.
This is a weird take. Lu is awesome and I’m gonna cheer for him regardless of where he is. Definitely glad he’s in the east though because he’s a great defender and it’ll be a lot of fun watching him and Shai go at it twice a season.
This is our annual reminder that Tillman was not murdered for his political views. Both right and left wing nuts like to mistake his life, death, and legacy. It’s not that hard to do some basic research to know this.
Pat Tillman was shot 3 times in the back of the head from 10m by a fellow soldier after he started speaking publicly against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. And we dilute his memory on purpose each year. Makes me sick.
Patrick Mahomes has had 14 drives in the 4th Q/OT of the playoffs where his team was trailing by 1-8 points.
He erased the deficit on 13 out of 14 of them (92.9%), including the final 13 in a row.

Walking off the Astros is a great way to head into the All Star Break! I don’t know what this team will be come October but they’re playing some great baseball lately! #AllForTX
Trump: "One of the things I talked to [Putin] about was, 'Where would you want to meet?' And he said, 'Ideally in Moscow.' I said, 'You're not going to meet in Moscow.'…Would you go to Moscow?"
Zelensky: "It's difficult. There are a lot of Ukrainian drones there."
