Sustained MRD negativity in FORTE study
Nice to see 1/3 patients with sustained MRD -ve for 3 years and 1/5 for 5 years
CONGRESS | #EHA2025 | Francesca Gay @unito presents the long-term follow-up from the phase II FORTE trial of carfilzomib induction, consolidation, and maintenance ± ASCT. KRd with ASCT led to a median PFS 99 mo and 75% 8-year OS rate. The PFS benefit was observed across patient subgroups.

It’s truly exciting to have contributed to the long-term follow-up analysis of the phase II FORTE trial, and to see the results presented by my mentor. Grateful for the opportunity and proud to be part of my research group.

CONGRESS | #ASH24 | PRESENTATION
@LucaBertamini @erasmusmcblood presents results from a circulating tumor cell sub-study of the phase III PERSEUS trial.
High circulating tumor cells were associated with a worse prognosis in patients with NDMM. The addition of daratumumab to VRd improves outcomes in both patients with high and low circulating tumor cell levels.

Thrilled to have participated at #Under40inHematology! It was a fantastic chance to connect with young Italian colleagues and expand our network. The environment was, as always, incredibly inspiring and full of stimulating discussions.
I'm thrilled to share our case report on a rare cutaneous manifestation in a patient with multiple myeloma.
If you're fascinated by medicine, give it a read!
Well done! @Dagostino_MD

>> higher rate of #plerixafor use in patients treated with daratumumab
>> NO difference in mobilization failure between Dara exposed and no Dara exposed patients
>> NO difference in #engraftment between Dara exposed and no Dara exposed patients
Happy to share with you our results about mobilization by chemo-free regimen (G-CSF only) in patients with #multiplemyeloma treated with #VTd or #DVTd
Final paper ready soon!
