@ShopifySupport This happens on most days at the same time of day, 11:30/11:45 for about half an hour. Switching the iPads to cellular doesn’t help, we are unable to serve customers and lose sales. It isn’t out internet, it’s your servers. All iPads are up to date.

Looking forward to my daily @Shopify crash at 11:45am today. Front of house, back of house, pcs, macs, iPads, cellular, wired fibre, Wi-Fi… support ticket ‘is your device up to date?’. Yes @ShopifySupport , is yours?!

@ShopifySupport It has not been resolved. The iPads get ‘loading checkout’ errors on POS. At precisely the same time, in different locations and on different devices/connections, orders won’t load back of house, inventory won’t load, transfers won’t load, we get ‘server error’ and ‘throttled’.

@SP_EnergyPeople Not necessary, I have switched to you (Scottish Power) this morning. It was in response the scanned letter, advising me of said extortion, from @mitchdonnelly1 at British Gas. To be clear, £2.12 per day as a standing charge (before we even use any gas), is 8.5x our new rate

@BritishGas_UKB standing charges are a joke… ‘deemed’ tariff, which we have been switched to since the sad demise of @Peoplesrec , is basically extortion. Switched to @ScottishPower immediately - combined standing charge saving £2.95 every single day, before we use any energy.

@ShopifySupport WisePad3 card machine in the UK… it beeps! Quietly, but it beeps! Sadly it won’t stay connected. Followed instructions given on our support ticket, which worked, but then it disconnect again. And again. #wisepad3
