“Rigatoni Alla Gina” is absolutely delicious! It features diced eggplant (battered and fried), buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and romano cheese in a flavorful garlic and tomato sauce with a hint of marsala wine. And guess what? I even threw in some chicken!

This is one of our most popular dishes. “Pasta e fagioli” but we call it “Pasta Fasul" It's a poor man's dish, Pasta and beans. I just added some shrimp.👨‍🍳

On Tuesdays we eat Pizza. Don't forget it's only $10 for an Extra-Thin large cheese pie, takeout only.
