Combine that with skyrocketing insurance premiums while your home is mortgaged and these fees are held in escrow and your payment increases..

That's pure fraud. They inflate the value numbers, then extract property taxes from you based on a value they manufactured out of thin air.

That inflated assessment gets bundled into and leveraged into billions in derivatives. The whole chain rests on a lie about what your home is actually worth.

You can't extract what doesn't exist. The math does not work. The fraud starts at the appraisal and compounds all the way to the tax collector.
