Still no flight time confirmed @TUIUK only one email saying we will be taken to the airport at 1800. Will there actually be a flight for us to get on or will it be another night for the kids trying to sleep on an airport floor before being taking to yet another hotel at 4am?

@TUIUK still no update following cancelled 3am flight and stuck with my kids in Turkey, and the hotel you’ve put us in won’t provide drinks. When will you let us know what is happening?

@TUIUK flight cancelled to Gatwick from Dalaman last night, no communication. Shipped to a different hotel with no explanation at 3am with children, still no update. Horrendous communication a customer service. No one can tell us anything. When will we get home?!

I'll die on this hill:

Hospitals should not charge patients or staff to park. For patients, it disproportionally affects those with the lowest economic status.

And for employees, you're charging them to essentially come to work; this most affects employees who make the least.
