@lastminute_com how do I make a complaint?? Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, when I asked to make a complaint on the phone, they hung up, I called back and they gave me an email address that doesn’t exist?!
@lastminute_com absolutely disgusted with your customer service.... who would have thought trying to use a voucher to book some flights would be so difficult? You say how “simple” it was so why can’t your website do it? And why ate your call centre staff so uninterested and rude?
