@ThreeUKSupport I have had no 4G or 5G since yesterday morning - can only use the internet on wifi. I've turned airplane mode on and off and restarted my phone. Any other tips??
@tfwrail I emailed customer service a week ago about a refund for a cancelled sail and rail via Holyhead and haven't heard back yet. Customer service advised that as it's a paper ticket, this can't be done online. Is there some way to progress this? Thanks!
@tfwrail Hi Anna, I booked online but didn't collect the paper ticket. Your colleague advised that as the order is for a paper ticket (as all sail and rail are), the refund couldn't be put through over the phone. However no one on email answered my refund request.

@oqstories I came to collect a pair of glasses at your SN branch to find it closed because of the weather - fair enough, but there was nothing posted about the closure on your twitter or instagram, which I checked before coming. Why not let customers know?
