The dishonest comments from Graham came during a debate with Sen. Sinema, as he called the border bill a "half-assed job" and complained that Senator Chuck Schumer didn't allow amendments to it.

But that was a straight up lie.
And of course, there are receipts.

Senator Chris Murphy, one of the key authors of the bill, exposed Graham's lie in a post on X. "His top staff were in the room when we negotiated the bill," Murphy wrote. "We negotiated key provisions directly with him."

Graham, of course, is attempting to come up with a rationale for why they've chosen to let a problem fester for a year, after they all claimed it needed urgent action.

Ironically, their demands for action on the border were a prerequisite for funding Ukraine, which it appears may happen without being linked to border action.

We have all been critical of Special Counsel Robert Hur for his commentary about President Biden. But do not lose sight of the fact that Merrick Garland was the one who got the report from Hur and decided to release it. Including leaving the number one inaccurate talking point from the Trump campaign intact that “President Biden is an elderly man with a poor memory”.
Many have been critical of Garland on all matters concerning Trump. From the feet dragging on investigating Trump that may allow the election to come and go without Trump being brought to justice. Now to this brutal false assessment of President Biden that may be a real boost to Donald Trump.
Allowing the unnecessary Anti Biden commentary to be released is unacceptable. It harkens back to James Comey in 2016 and the Hillary Clinton E-mail press conference that clearly helped Trump. The Attorney General should be impartial. Not put his thumb on the scale in favor of one Presidential candidate over another. But in this case. That is exactly what it looks like Merrick Garland either did or at least allowed to happen. Either way is unacceptable.

BREAKING: Nightmare news rocks Donald Trump's world as experts reveal that Special Counsel Jack Smith could have MAGA hack Judge Aileen Cannon removed from the classified documents case due to recent developments.

This would be just too perfect....

It all started yesterday when Cannon granted a request from Trump's shady lawyers to unseal a series of classified documents related to the case. The controversial move was staunchly opposed by Jack Smith. He stated that unsealing them could endanger ongoing investigations.

According to experts cited in Newsweek, this development could backfire for Trump. It's possible that Smith could use Cannon's decision to get her removed from the case since it proves that she is giving ludicrously favorable treatment to Trump.

It must be mentioned that Cannon was originally appointed to her judgeship by Trump, a stunning conflict of interest. She cannot be trusted to wield the law impartially in this case.

Cannon's ruling claimed that Smith failed to "to identify the information at issue, provide any explanation about the nature of the investigation, or explain how disclosure of the code name would prejudice or jeopardize the integrity of the separate investigation (assuming it remains ongoing)."

Ted Spaulding, an Atlanta trial attorney and founder of Spaulding Injury Law, said that Cannon's absurd decision to side with Trump could give Smith grounds to remove her.

"Certainly, it could lead to a motion by the prosecution to have the judge removed from the case since it appears the prosecution has already hinted at such a potential filing," said Spaulding.

While possible, Spaulding also explained that such a removal would be tough to accomplish.

"In my opinion, it would be surprising if the judge is actually removed based on a delay-of-case argument," he added. "Usually, judges are only removed for conflicts of interest or other egregious behaviors in the case. Most state's procedural rules build in quite a bit of discretion in how the sitting judge handles discovery and deadlines in a case."
