On election eve I once again appreciate being able to vote in the comfort of my home with a provided voter guide where I can take time to research issues as I need, and then drop my ballot off in one of many secure boxes around town or in my mailbox. Vote by mail is wonderful.

This has been one of the hardest months in my career. I’ve learned what lack of trust can do to an organization, and that as a coach I can’t always help solve the problems. I’ve learned a lot but man the lessons came with some deep wounds.
