Will NEVER buy a Mini again! Car broke down so took to @SytnerMINI to be told it needs completely rewiring after just 8 years due to water damage, at a cost of £9k. Arranged for the car to be collected and this is how it’s been returned - the inside is in pieces! Unacceptable!🤬

@bechsm76 @davetoyn @SytnerMINI Nope! Apparently it could be getting in from one of five places. And they couldn’t even guarantee the £9k would solve the issue! Totally unacceptable for a car of its age/mileage/value.

@davetoyn @SytnerMINI Honestly it’s ridiculous! How they think it’s acceptable for the car to be returned to me in that state is beyond comprehension. I’d already complained to Mini about the water damage and got the crappest reply, such shit service. I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years, no more!

@jacktweetsthis @Slacky92 I’m currently on our holiday. Thankfully we haven’t had an issue so far… flights, transfers and hotel number one all paid for by Luxtripper. But there’s still time I guess… the stress we had in the run up to the holiday def put a dampener on things! ☹️
