@jacktweetsthis @BethanJames83 2 hotels let us go without paying after showing them our ATOL & intinery to prove we had already paid and others made us pay deposits when we got there and insisted we pay the full balance when luxetripper didn’t. Luxetripper did end up paying the balance after we checked out 🙄

@BethanJames83 @Luxtripper We didn’t get our travel documents until 3 days before we travelled, after chasing them up for weeks. After we checked out we got an email to say it had been paid but a little too late to be honest because we had a nightmare checking out. I hope you have a better experience!
