Given the current situation, we should try to stay mindful of the amazing effects small bouts of physical activity can have on us both physically and mentally.
Therefore I am creating a thread over the coming weeks of useful resources to stay active at home 🏡🧘🏼♀️
It's not just a week 📣
Our vital work towards good mental health for all continues year-round so that everyone can live mentally healthy lives.
Thank you for joining our movement last week and beyond 💚
#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek#ToHelpMyAnxiety
During Mental Health Awareness Week we are interested to know how you deal with anxiety and depression? For some, it's spending time with friends. For others, it can be an outdoor pursuit or hobby.
