@ConnorAbene So true. Just make sure you're using the customers' definitions of problems, pain, and value - not yours. Not everyone defines them the same way.

@CarolWalshReal1@Empty_America 💯 A year for everyone. Let them pick a year between age 18 & 25. Military or other services. Assign them to live & work with people from different socio/economic/geographic backgrounds.
@Molson_Hart I don't think the money alone would get better people or the same people to act better. I've seen wonderful people and assholes at all income levels.
Yes they should be paid more - but without enforced guardrails on behavior that alone isn't sufficient.

@DietCoke_Esq@SMB_Attorney Like any tool you need to know how to use it, what the dangers are, what you shouldn't use it for. The more powerful the tool, the more important the restrictions. Not to mention halucinations.
