Today I put things I need/want to do on post-it notes. That’s helped me view them and decide on priorities. I can pick one action at a time to work on now.
@drlucykelly Get into the habit of noticing how you are spending your time. One day a week jot it down as specifically as possible. It’s a great way to keep your brain alert to how precious time is and then reflect on priorities and balance.
Lovely to spend the day with (and presenting to) Wiltshire Literacy Leaders this week, looking at how students who feel good about their handwriting and develop an automated joined style have more working memory capacity to focus on the content of their work.
