@motherland_4me What I have in greatest abundance here now are mourning doves, followed by robins, then grackles. Robins are fledging, had a baby outside the door for awhile yesterday.
@unidentifiedta1 Do you think there might be kind of a Library of Alexandria or Akashic Records sort of angle? 🤔 I never thought of it that way except when @BrianRoemmele talks about his own archives.
@Tree_Folklore I remember how excited I was when I found a copy of this book. Have only grown ferns accidentally but it's surprising how the spores will take in the soil of surrounding houseplants
**The man in the viral video is Master Zhen Hua Yang**, the founder of **Calligraphy Health**.
He teaches gentle, simple moving meditation practices rooted in Nei Gong (internal energy work). These focus on internal organ movement, improving blood circulation, releasing tension, and supporting overall vitality — often described as “organ service” rather than traditional muscle-based exercise. Many people report benefits for heart health, back pain, flexibility, energy levels, and stress reduction with consistent short daily practice.

The movements are very accessible (many are 1–6 minutes), done standing or seated, and emphasize softness, internal flow, and breathing over force or strain. They’re suitable for most ages and fitness levels.
If you try any of the practices, start gently and listen to your body. Many of his longer sessions and workshops are also available online. Let me know if you want recommendations for specific issues like back pain or circulation!
I like this, I'm going to try this, I know I need some help to improve my health. He has a series of small movements for different organs. I'll do them all, I especially need help with my lungs and digestion right now.
@BeaTaylorVegas@Sp_bo1@Carmilla5 Oh lighten up. All you're doing is discouraging people from even thinking about taking the tiniest baby steps toward caring for their own health. There's nothing harmful about a video of someone doing exercises. You're not responsible for everyone else's health decisions.
@PriscillaHaywa2@Sp_bo1 Why not try it, what have you got to lose? Wouldn't you rather rely on your own experience? Do you need "official" validation before you even experiment with something yourself, something this simple? What's the downside? There's no downside.
